NO MORE!! We MUST take Action!!

This is a rather long video…but sooo enlightening as to what is really going on and the stupidity of putting BP in charge of this cleanup. The speaker in this video is Kindra Arnesan. She is speaking at the Gulf Coast Emergency Summit. Kindra has been a native of Louisiana for the last 20 years and her family lives off the Gulf waters as fishermen. When the oil spill happened, BP gave Kindra a job, allowing her into their top secret areas. What she saw made her so mad that she is speaking out. Tears came to my eyes as I began to realize, even more, the impact on our waters, people, animals, fish, marshes (there’s at least 17 miles of beautiful, amazing Marshlands that you drive through on Rt. 10 in Louisiana – I’ve driven through them 3 times) that are now consumed with oil. This is a sad sad day for our country. People are getting sick from the toxic air and our fish, marshlands, Gulf waters are dieing.

However, this doesn’t just affect the Gulf of Mexico because if this doesn’t STOP … NOW… the currents will take this oil out to the rest of the world. This is such a major catastrophe and BP is sitting on their thumbs.

Well, I’m going to let Kindra talk now…mainly because my eyes are so filled with tears that I can hardly see what I’m writing. I’m surprised Kindra made it through this without crying…I think it was her anger that sustained her! Please take the time to listen…

“We mean nothing to BPbr or the government”.

LOL! I just watched this video through my email account just now, and then sent it to you as a message on Facebook! This is soooo the lack of accountability by BP or the government that you were talking about earlier. What a brave woman!

Yes, definitely brave! To take on a mega company who has been given unfathomable power by our government is definitely brave!! This is way way way too much power to give to a money-power hungry, greedy mega company…someone needs to cut them down to size!!

This is really heartbreaking. What really makes me sick is the complicity of our government in all this. All they care about is their agenda. They don’t care about the American people at all.

      Hi Marjorie,
Thanks for your comment! Yes, I agree…it is heartbreaking and the government could light a bigger fire under BP if they wanted to! Louisiana and Mississippi have been through soooo much over these last 5 years after Katrina…I don’t know how they are ever going to recover from this. It’s sooo sad.
